David, with regard to different browsers, I have noticed that when I start multiple sessions of the same browser, I'm into SI like Flint. Though I haven't tried IE and NSCP concurrently. So I suppose this is what you are referring to.

I have even had it happen that I have quit NSCP, logged off my ISP, relogged and restarted NSCP and gone right back into SI without the logon being asked for. But this is a once in a blue moon thing. I suppose this means I reconnected just right at my ISP (ibm.net).
