right - I don't see outlook as an option, only outlook express 6. Instructions windows.microsoft.com

At least you can begin using windows live by importing address files [I've one that].
Leave the emails for later when there's a fix for outlook

PS: many old emails lose importance with time and are never looked at again :)

If the emails in outlook are still on the server you might be able to use Earthlink web mail to transfer them?

Carolyn,

If you can install Outlook Express, you can then import the eMail that Outlook now has. Then Essentials can import from Express.

Many versions of MS Office used to come with Outlook Express.
