If I had watched that video and witnessed that piece of broken down farm equipment spewing that gibberish and nonsense like a 6 year old imbecile, and if I was not informed of his identity, I would have wagered a new c-note that he was simply a gutter bum from the ghetto behaving normally -- just another run-of-the-mill case of a Black imbecile behaving badly, which we constantly witness day in and day out. ...but... That stupid piece of $hit is the "mayor"! THE "MAYOR"! As you suggested, Wayners, his behavior is really of no surprise. One need only look at the entire Congressional Black Caucus to see that it is normal situation where a Black affirmative action moron is seated in office under the perpetual affirmative action charade. Clearly, there are not enough IQ points collectively among the entire Congressional Black Caucus (as well as among all leftist Black mayors and governors across the nation) to power a single low-watt light bulb. Gerrymandering, affirmative action, and all race-based laws were instrumental in the destruction of the United States of America. One need only listen to these imbeciles speak to know how dumb they are, and to realize that they were only elected because of gerrymandering, affirmative action, and the color of their skin.
