Does the S-1 tell what JNC got for their $2.0 million? What amount of shares in the company were allocated for the $2.0m?

With the money coming from institutions, will FNET have to IPO?

You know what the 'law of the Cayman Islands' means? They don't ask where the money came from. That's a vewy big business down there.
