You keep mentioning the SEC investigation of DVBC, do you think they are also investigating RMIL or did they opt for 1/2 of the enchilada ?

Pugs,

Put down the bottle of Percodan and reread my post again. RMIL, at this time, meets the requirements for delisting due to the lack of current and accurate financial information.

Once again, It WILL be delisted under proposed Nasdaq/SEC changes to listing requirements unless its gets its financials out there.

Regards,

Ron

Pugs, excellent post! Hey how about that stock buyback program. That would really cause the Neys to sweat it out. I haven't heard the Neys make a recommendation to RMIL's 7th board member candidate. They just spend too much time trying to dig up dirt on this company. What a shame. Squeeze the shorts out of this stock! We are with you Gary and Roland 100%.

Riley!!
Yesterday A 'nay'( Puhrty ) spoke of a long list of BB stocks that may be de-listed. Of course, RMIL does NOT meet the criteria for delisting, and even another 'nay' (Ron) stated as such.
RMIL is really positioning itself for the move to the AMEX.
Of course, Nay focus is on the squeeze. Why wouldn't a Nay move to a thread where the co. was in danger of de-listing. There would be a whole legion of 'niave' investors there to save. But, no...that self-proclaimed nay anthem rings hollow. The squeeze is why they're here!
If they wanted to disprove 'squeezes', why not make the pilgrimage to the EUTO thread? No, still they stay here!
Why?....because someone has alot to lose!....there is an estimated 4MM shares shorted and we got the float!....and then some!!
Its a 'time' issue now. Many have been shaken, but the hard-core RMIL posse, CARTEL/CALVARY/FOUNDATION get stronger everyday!!!
Guys who freak about dips just show impatience and lack of experience, I've ALWAYS taken dips as good signs and MM shenanigans.
THIS IS A GREAT STOCK, A GREAT INVESTMENT AND!!!! THERE IS A LEGITIMATE SHORT SQUEEZE!!!! Thats why the nays are here!!!
Has Kugler called the SEC # I provided for him to verify a SEC investigation of DVBC & Mork?... He wouldn't dare!!!

Pugs, I still have about 200 posts to go so don't know if anyone has had this idea yet. Ya know, I think we all are a stubborn bunch. The lower it goes the harder we hold. I'll bet that if the MM's raised the price back to the $4 range it would shake a lot of nervous nellies. What do you think?

Ever wonder how RMIL was positioning itself even after knowing where the boat was and that they had been evicted?
