John Stewart had a great piece last night on how large banks can get away with blatant fraud (Blackstone, JP, Bof A, etc) and only have to pay a portion of their spoils to get out of trouble; and don't even have to admit they are guilty.

If any of us did what they did, we would certainly lose our licenses and go to jail.

This is as smart a thread as there is on SI and we never talk about it.

If not us, who? And why is no one doing anything about it? Stewart said even the news channels refuse to talk about it. Too big to fail and jail.

Seems like a pertinent question to me!

Also seems like being rich is where its at as they seem above the law.

I am not a millennial and I am damn ashamed of Obama. I was actually reading something today that made me think the impossible: that I actually prefer to have Bush in the office than Obama. At least it was clear who and what we were dealing with then. Not like this wolf in sheep clothing.
