The thing that really pisses me off is that the DLJ meeting was on Monday and the down grade was today, on Wednesday. So it appears that the price action yesterday, in excess of the market, was due to DLJ and their cohorts getting out before they sprung the news. Business as usual. Instead of the FBI trying to catch the mob at manipulating penny stocks, they should look into all the insider information trading that the big brokerage firms trade on before releasing the information to the public. Of course, the little guy always gets burned. Pravin.
