The thing that really pisses me off is that the DLJ meeting was on Monday and the down
grade was today, on Wednesday. So it appears that the price action yesterday, in excess
of the market, was due to DLJ and their cohorts getting out before they sprung the
news. Business as usual. Instead of the FBI trying to catch the mob at manipulating
penny stocks, they should look into all the insider information trading that the big
brokerage firms trade on before releasing the information to the public. Of course, the
little guy always gets burned.

It's total bullsh*t - but there seems to be nothing we can do about it.

Pravin, I think there is considerable evidence of insider trading. Yesterday I bought some Dec 27 1/2 puts as a hedge against my share, at the time my order filled, somwhere around 1:30 there were about 26 contracts that traded. By the end of the day the total volume was 933 contracts, over 650 of them in the last 4 minutes of trade and all within 1/16 of the ask. Somebody knew something and they are about to get away with making a lot of money. The options will probably never be sold, they were likely bought to hedge stock.

Wayde.
