I don't think it will pass the Tea Party dominated House. Those folks do not like Ryan. Go figure their politics. If they rebuke Ryan and refuse to pass this compromise budget, then the schism that has been developing in this country for the past 3 decades reaches a new level. Their behavior is becoming increasingly treasonous.
