Bought today: CZZ @14.01$ ( Brazilian sugar refiner and logistics company). This seekingalpha article got me interested: seekingalpha.com
This is a small starter position.

Small Adds: KMI@32.55$ and ASFI @ 8.17$

Sells: KO@40.3$ ( sold IRA starter position, fully valued, imo )

A great letter about excessive management compensation filed by 5% 13D holder Timothy Stabosz (who recently bought more shares, could partially explain recentl run up).

In support, I withheld my votes for management and voted against management compensation via electronic proxy.

I reduced my holdings in PFIN @8.03$. I did notice that they finally made an acquisition, but they don't give out much about the economics. I think this company could do much better with stronger management, but I won't hold my breath. The returns from my buys in the low/mid 6$ range are satisfactory for me.
