Steve, Thanks for expressing what we all feel. Although I have been long VVUS in the past, I really have to think about how I will feel in the future. I feel that management has turned its back on ALL of us.

Management had better do something to show all investors as to why any of us should not cut our losses and find a company that appreciates us. A company that we can invest in and not day trade. Maybe the shorts are right. If the stock goes to 0, the shorts make a tax free profit. I do not believe it will go that far, but how much do you have to loose before you bail out.

Tony D.

Steve,

I wouldn't hold your breath on getting a response from that email. I have email Vivus twice in the past 3 months and despite my letters being courteous inquiries (not flames), I have not received a response. Now I know why.

Disappointed,
Vol
