Translating between source and target languages presents real challenges. As you probably know, Greek has an indefinite verb tense called aorist for which English has no good equivalent. Also ancient Greek had no punctuation or even spaces between words. Flow of thought would be the best way to determine where breaks in words should occur to get the sense or not confuse the sense. In English, we have the word "together." In ancient Greek is it "together" or "to get her?" Breaking words up like that is how I make up most of my daffynitions on the "My Dictionary" thread.
