Steve,
Could you drop by FIC and see if they are pumping out any Presario 2240s? The color should be putty rather than black and the box might look different because it's supposed to have a couple of expansion slots. One shared PCI/ISA and one ISA.

I agree with you, and your point is quite valid.

But the bottom line is, 99% of the folks on this thread are not investing for 10 years from now.

My largest holding was up nicely today, and I've had it for nearly 25 years.

(59-52)/52*100=13.46%
Same money can buy 13.46% more shares at $52. No matter how long shares will be kept, difference will be the same-13.46%.
