I was just thinking about MSFT. I wouldn't short them cause I
don't see their stock as being that much higher than it always
is. I really shouldn't generalize about these things... Yeah,
I would feel better about BAANF. And MSFT really doesn't
have any competition yet. So they don't have to mark-down
their latest product until it is time for people to switch to the
next one. Their only problem would occur if they marked down
an obsolete product and then everybody kept on buying it. :)

Like any (good) engineer, I can think of a whole bunch of ways
for anything to go wrong. Nevertheless, I end up eventually
buying stocks anyway... Hey, if we knew in advance how hard
all our projects were going to be before we started, we wouldn't
start any. :) In fact, we would turn away from our mother's
breast at birth, and just starve. :) The ability to underestimate
reality, is one of mankind's greatest gifts. But it can get dangerous.
