No, Dave, ALL of Issa's "investigations" have been shown to be without any substance when checked. Every single one.

Issa's job in the (R) party is to ask questions of Obama like, "Have you stopped having incest with your girls?, Yes or no?"

They have fallen apart in a variety of ways. Generally because it comes out that what Issa is claiming and the actual facts don't match up. Not even close.
