I think that some people take ( or took) the likely delay from December to January as a sign of "yet another delay from a company that can't really seem to produce when it gets down to it...". If I thought that this was a serious delay (or CR thought that this was a serious delay), then I think that his sale of shares would invite a lawsuit. I tend to think on balance, that while we're not there yet, then we're awful close, if think believe that the company management has any credibility at all.
