How do you think "some people" found out about the delay from December to Jan....certainly not from Valence Investor Relations.

Robert

Hi Mooter775 (what does the 775 mean?)!

Robert Cohen already asked the question how these sellers found out about the delay which leads back to "if think believe that the company management has any credibility at all.". So the question is: do they have credibility? Well i guess we're not in kindergarden here and the argument that you should never Invest/speculate? in a company whose management you don't trust is well known. If i had a loss in my shares and i could be pretty sure i had til midjanuary for my 30 day rule i would've taken my loss and rebought the shares just before the real action happenes. You win through tax write-off and still don't miss the boat. But how can i be sure if i don't have inside info? Or i take a gamble and in case the stock really goes up i withdraw the tax write off...another possibility?
Well the only thing i liked today was that i didn't close at that awful number 4 5/8 but right under 5. I guess we now have a couple of new hurdles on the way up: 5, 6, 7...the downside on the other hand is limited: 4, 2, 1, 1/2, 1/4...
