Thanks Dennis. I get a daily Google Alert on California "High Speed" Rail. It makes amazing reading - especially how the proponents do not give a damn about the tenants of the bond issue they passed - a common thread these days with leftist pols. Fortunately a judge did read the law that was passed and shut the thing down. As for California - if they want it - fine - just as long as THEY pay for it. I do not give a damn what they do with their own money. Bob PS: A judge has also ruled they must bankrupt themselves over their pensions.
