Obama, Michelle ‘living apart’

WASHINGTON -Michelle Obama has had enough. According to a bombshell new report, the First Lady and Barack Obama are sleeping in separate White House bedrooms. Michelle is also preparing to boot her hubby of 21 years out of their ritzy Chicago home - and seriously discussing divorce.
“The smart money says the marriage is doomed,” a source told the National Enquirer. “Barack and Michelle have had a rocky go for years and mainly stayed together for their daughters and his political career. “But now Michelle is mad AS hell. She feels violated in front of the whole world, and screamed at him, ‘I’ve had enough.’ “She’s met with divorce lawyers and told Barack that she wants a life apart from him. “Michelle will stay in the White House for the rest of Barack’s term for appearances’ sake, but she made it clear they’ll be leading separate lives.
“She’s moving into one of the vacant bedrooms in the family’s private living quarters, and she’s preparing to move his clothes and personal things out of their million-dollar house in Chicago.” Michelle was left furious after Barack was photographed brazenly flirting with Denmark’s dishy female prime minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, during the service for former South African president Nelson Mandela. Obama, 52, laughed and whispered with the 46-year-old Danish beauty throughout the solemn ceremony, at one point cavalierly caressing her shoulder. “Barack already had enough headaches with his public approval rating plummeting after the disastrous rollout of his ‘Obamacare’ health plan. Now he’s walked smack into the worst marital crisis of his life,” said the White House insider.

>> the point was not that people who smoke are stupid... most people start at a young age and get addicted... and i don't think you can find any smoker who would claim it is not unhealthy... and some people definitely get more addicted than others

The long-term consequences of smoking are better understood today than they were in the mid 70s, when she supposedly finally put them down.

I get a little perturbed, however, at the idiocy of people who suggest that a person with a given frailty can't at the same time be prescient or brilliant or even genius. As the idiot Obama so commonly remarks, "... walk and chew gum at the same time." (which, apparently he cannot do). We know that numerous brilliant individuals have been addicted to various drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, or suffered from schizophrenia or bipolar disorder or other diseases. What idiot would complain about Stephen Hawking's inability to climb a rope?

>> the point was Ayn Rand claimed that smoking cigarettes was not harmful, she even attacked the anti-smoking lobby... very stupid... maybe after she got lung cancer she finally wised up

Yet, her understanding of government was impeccable. She knew, for example, that Medicare and Social Security were both failures before almost anyone else realized it. Now, only fucking idiots think they're good programs. Doesn't she get some credit for being right about that?

Alex,
the point was Ayn Rand claimed that smoking cigarettes was not harmful, she even attacked the anti-smoking lobby... very stupid... maybe after she got lung cancer she finally wised up
Even after getting cancer, I don't think he would have changed her views on people having the freedom to put whatever poisons they feel like into their own bodies.

Nor would she have opposed any less the notion that government can make better decisions on behalf of the people than the people can for themselves.
