I assumed that's what you were talking about. Taking into account your communication problems. t was the empire itself that lent the infrstructucture for such religions & cults It sounds like you think the Roman government supported all the various temples and cult meeting places and that mistaken belief is behind the silly idea that this was a financial burden on the Roman empire. However, the Romans had their own religion and only supported it with public funds.
