Dennis, I e-mailed various people at Ensoniq regarding sales, margins and cash/debt. Hopefully I will get an answer soon. CREAF still hasn't answered regarding past DVD sales and "Wowing" annnouncements.

However, based on CREAF's last two aquisitions, they know how to deal. They got both Cambridge and Opti very cheap, IMO.

And I think that any long term investor in CREAF is happy with the past few weeks of dealings. Would you rather them bump up earnings a few cents or wipe out the competition? I would prefer the latter.

And notice how they keep banging the OEM side of things! It was mentioned as a specific reason for buying Ensoniq. If GTW, MUEI (DELL?) and others have to buy one of your products, that opens up other doors...

So two years from now, I am still very confident that CREAF will be huge. OEM contracts have implications I think none of us truly realize. CREAF has the efficiency, pricing, marketing and quality to bring in the major contracts. Ensoniq should solidify this position even more.

Brian

Dennis (And Board):
I am disgusted--bad news lowers this stock, good news lowers this stock, everything lowers it...
anyone venture a guess to where it dives tomorrow? Down a point today, and in recent news, Sim says Asian crisis
effect is that instead of beating lofty estimates we will only meet them...which is better than other effected stocks have done...
and yet the stock is getting hammered even for that on the SES..after being hammered for two weeks before that...soon this stock will have a pe of 5...because while earnings will increase,
in the present market it seems it will never get much above $20...any thoughts on what will turn this around..earnings announcements are seven weeks away..we need those other two WOW announcements fast...
but based on Sim's comments, if he does not expect much above low end of 10-15% growth, then how good can those announcements be?
Am I missing something or are we getting hammered below 20 tommorrow?
