>>"Of course, recent weather patterns are pretty good evidence to support what you are saying. We have more CO2, but we have fewer hurricanes and fewer tornadoes."<<

Well let's see...the Philipines had 8 typhoons this season, the last one was quite large as I understand...you know, hurricanes ...and that part you know Asia, had 52 Tropical Depressions (many became named typhoons) and this continuous massive heat wave in Australia...I think all those places are part of this world; you can check that out with Robinson though. And tornadoes...we have those warnings right now in the SE part of the USA and yeah, I know this is just a "normal?" January "thaw" after a Polar Vortex (is that a cold snap?) that just happened to be of a size very, very unusual that actually sent temperatures in Atlanta down to near 0 degrees F and similarly in the Florida Panhandle which as I understand it is quite far South for these Polar Vortexes to go...they usually stay near the Pole...maybe that is why they got that name.

And also re tornadoes...we did have several during what I think used to be the tornado season,,,is that normally in January?...and then there were those two of a mile and half to two miles wide in Oklahoma that tornado scientists now say were both EF 5 in 2013...

Yup, you peoplemark Robinson...I'll just keep listening to, watching, reading those 4 Republican EPA Secretaries of the last 50 years and their August Op-ed in the NY Times, documentaries such as the one on the time lapse photos of the fast receding glaciers in the Arctic and Greenland and the large growing number of Climate Scientists (is 95% large...), the IPCC, and books such as the "Merchants of Doubt" (amazing how many of those deniers thought smoking was good for you), but then you have Singer, Spenser, Lindzen, the Heartland Foundation (is that funded by who?...the Koch Bros?), Monckton, Morano, Inhofe (Isn't that guy from Oklahoma?...you'd think he'd know better but then he does have to spend time in Uganda making sure they put in their anti-gay laws), Palin, Bachmann, Gohmert, Barton, Broun etc., and I should also add the "science" community against evolution education (creationism should be taught...no wonder they home school their young), the young earth bunch, and oh yeah, Robinson...

Oh yeah, tell me again why we should not protect ourselves and the world by starting a full fledged effort on solar starting with the Sun Belt? We seem to think it is wise and economic building Nuclear Subs and F35s to protect ourselves from the al Queda Naval forces and their Air Force.
