I didn't think the injunction was based solely on the claim that the disks were not compatible, I thought this was in
conjunction with the complaint about patent infringement after disks were available to check.
wouldn't think that noncompatibility would be an issue in patent infringement itself, but would be an issue in regards to claims by Nomai on compatibility.... this shouldn't negate patent infringement only add to the PR war against use of Nomai disks if/when they would become available...
