Went through that with them and how in the trial Cleveland said he was asked to dig up dirt on the Board of Directors of REFR. Said it wasn't a scam like the others Elgindy shorted. They're not going to give up names. Already been through this with them for 12 years. Won't give up the hedge funds behind the shorting. I do agree with your posts that Elgindy was the fall guy and these guys just continued the operation. Dale Baker was the odd one. Didn't seem like he'd be involved in something like this. ND
