Dear Lucky_Limey, Silicon Investor allows moderators wide latitude in controlling who may participate in their boards. While I personally believe that it is detrimental to a stock board to quash bearish thought and sentiment, the board is Clean86's to run. Moderators on SI are free to create communities of like minded thought on SI as well as free-for all melting pots of dissenting and contrary opinion. This is part of the beauty of SI. There are a number of Apple boards here, and you may start your own if you do not find the character of any available appealing, and you may develop and shape the character of your own board as you see fit (within the confines of our TOU, at least). You support all boards equally here by viewing any one. The rankings visibility of our landing page is based purely on participation. A board must sink or swim on its own merits and the interaction of its participants. I'm sorry if you were unfairly banned, but moderators are permitted to do this. Regards, @Dima

Hey Lucky Limey, I can relate. I was banned for the Apple board for being a "disruption to civil discourse". Not because I insulted anyone or broke any other rule... merely because my reasoned opinions differed from the common ones in that forum. People became upset with my different thinking.
