That is an excellent lifelong diet! With some very minor differences, that's pretty much how I eat. And I'm never hungry!

Eventually we learn that what we put INTO our bodies has a major effect ON our bodies....

for example. This morning I'm feeling tired and a little lazy.....

so I think: why? what could be the cause?

is it possible the 2 margaritas, 2 glasses of wine, and 2 bowls on the bong I had last nite might be responsible???

dunno.... but I'm gonna have another cup of coffee ;)
