Ummm, let's see. To make it work, 25% of those signing up have to be in their 20s. So far, that figure is at 24%. Based on the experience in Massachusetts, the early signers tend to be older, with the younger ones signing later.

Seems pretty conceivable to me.

It was just a stupid idea to begin with, and the piss-poor enrollment numbers ('though overstated) are bearing that out.

....all true.....but there is NOTHING to stop it.............Insurer losses are very limited and so rates will only rise by the same amount.....to cover the losses......the rest made up by BAILOUTS............and all the while Obama will claim how the rates have not increased much at all after the first year. Just watch.
