Hi Kirk, I agree that gold is a not going to regain much luster this year. It might go up or down a dollar or so, but nothing to get excited about. But ABX is a very good covered call write. ABX is now at 19.23 and the Feb 20 calls are trading at .47/.48. I have no idea if a call out is likely, but even if ABX drops to the mid 18's it will still command good call premium at either the 19 or 20 strike. This is one of my side plays for extra income.
