Yes, I believe so. From what I read, I think they expect 2014 to be a good year for IC CapX which is one reason I've held off on taking more profits. Maybe when Cramer starts to talk again about how important chips and Finisar are to Apple and Netflix again, it will be again time to take more significant profits. Currently, he's only jumped on the HPQ bandwagon after trash talking the stock when it was under $15.

I was just thinking about how much Netflix is up. The local TV station financial guy just said it was about $6 a share in 2002... Great company with a good CEO, but he's been taking money out at a great clip for years. It amazes me how much price to sales, or any other value metric, some investors are willing to pay for future growth in just a handful of names. That is one of my big worries, but we saw stocks like Netscape had a similar history in the 1990s and it didn't mean a top.
