I don't think any of this would have come out if they hadn't run their "traffic study" on the GWB. At least, it wouldn't have come out now. In a way, the Republicans are lucky--it might have come out in 2016 while Christy was running, and would have been a large black shadow over the primaries. Absolutely. Much of the stuff now coming out was talked about in political circles, it now turns out. And journalists were quite well aware of it. Just couldn't get the newspaper space. You can imagine now, however, newspaper editors are scrambling around the newsroom looking for that old copy that got rejected. I'll have another story to post later, this one about the Hoboken stuff. Much wider study. In the NYTimes. There customary stuff.
