I just thought that the references to "stupid children", "stupid people" and "the best" could maybe be construed as broad generalizations. From my own experience one never knows where one may find bright children or people, or children who, by dint of enormous personal perseverance and determination, often against substantial odds, greatly improve their lot because of their desire to obtain an education.
