Paul, Ali, et al., Good move by WCII. Reasons: (1) reasonable price for an ISP with presence in our 21 leading markets, (2) ISP's not controlled by the WCOM/MCI conglomerate will be much in demand, (3) salesforce can now sell Internet and data communications services to businesses, besides local and ld phone--great synergy and fit, (4) we bought it with stock (mostly), not cash--this tells us that someone besides us thinks that value of our stock will rise.
