You RWers keep bandying around this idea that a constitutional Republican is far superior to a democracy. But what is so frustrating is you cannot comprehend you cannot establish one with out a democracy. If you were to establish a constitutional Republic today how would you do it making it superior to demcoracy? You don't know because it cannot be done. Democracy comes first, and out of that comes a constitutional Republic. A constitutional Republic is an outgrowth of democracy. Not a separate political system.
