Mark Mobius...live from Thailand on CNBC said
the Korean market could go down another 20%. On
SE Asia in general he said "it is probably going
to get worse before it gets better", he sounded
a little shellshocked to me...and slightly
annoyed that the problem stems from restrictions
on foreign investors being able to get in to a
greater degree (in Thailand) and an unwillingness
for these governements to do what they need to do
as far as shutting things down ("a lot of these
companies have NO equity now....")

yikes...will be interesting to see if his call
on Korea for tonight (down 5-6%) carries over
to Japan.
