Nope, there is going to be very little overlap between Indian consumers who would consider buying an almost 4 year old iPhone 4 for $300 and one who is willing to buy a 5S for over $800. That would be the definition of loyalty and branding power! There are brand new Android phones that outperform the 4-year-old iPhone and sell for under $300... they'd have to care more about the name than their money/value to take the decision to go with the iPhone option you describe, no?
