Yeah, I think it will happen again in some other form. My guess it will be with the big international banks doing it in other countries thru other banks they own or influence. Maybe Japan?? China?? I'm not up on all of Dodd/Frank regs. The BIG BOYS usually find a way around all those regs. The little guys get stressed with those regs but usually they are making local loans and stay out of trouble, generally speaking. History repeats in some form or another and crooks learn faster than pols and regulators. RDK.
