I like you a lot but you are in an echo chamber no doubt as is most anyone who proudly call themselves a staunch liberal or conservative and watches MSNBC or FOX religiously.. Do you even realize the boom going on in Texas? I see the stupidity on the other side by conservatives constantly putting down CA. Al the growth going forward is more RED or PURPLE states be it TX, FL, NC, GA where cost of living are reasonable See the final words by Jay Leno the other day? Powerful stuff I wished more superwealthy plutocrats today were like that remember their humble roots and the people who helped them get to be so successful. . I find the comments by the likes of Zell and Trump disgusting.. We have much in common on the problems but i see little in the 'kids' that is gonna save us Koan these days.. We need a world pre Reaganomics or LBJ's Great Society where personal responsibility, opportunity, self reliance, a level playing field and more equal distribution of income and net worth were the norm. Oddly the middle class has a much better shot in the big cities of TX vs the big cities of CA today. Wonder why that is Koan?
