Any further buybacks are likely going to need some creative financing. The 10Q shows $34.4 billion in cash/sec. in the US on 12/28. They presumably have over $20 billion left from then. They also generated $1.74 billion of cash weekly last quarter. That equates to about $1.3 billion weekly this quarter. That is another $6.5 billion. They easily could issue another $25 billion in low rate laddered debt. That adds to about $50 billion in potential capacity after paying out the dividend next week.
