George,

I have spent the last week and a half trying to come up with a scenario or a reason why this stock would drop below $5 again. The only thing I can come up with is boneheaded moves by management. I don't see that happening and I don't think the warrant call was one of them. They hit the 20 days and their deal flow is incredible. They can grow this company faster with the money in now as opposed to later. There are too many opportunities for them not to. This was a wise move by management and no matter when it occurred the warrants would have suffered the same fate they are suffering now. Look at past warrant calls and see if you see the same activity. MVSI is an excellent example and they are in the midst of their call.

What I am most interested in right now is not a discussion of a warrant extension, as I am on record as stating that would be a bad idea, but instead any logical reason why this stock will remain at these levels or drop lower than $5 either before or after the call. There are 7 trading days left. I don't see it. I think we will be back to at least 7.5 by year's end. Will anyone out there give me a reason otherwise??????

GO PACK GO!

-Scott

George - well said! In addition...

If the warrants are not converted & sufficient funds are NOT raised by BNGO, you can BET THE FARM that this will negatively impact both the BNGO's growth/expansion plans & EARNINGS!

Indiv. shareholders are partners w/mngmt (who are large shareholders themselves) & should be treated in a fair & proper manner-> therefore, I believe it is in MNGMT & BNGO's best interest(s) not screw over the little guys... for their wallets are tied to ours.

My .02

B

I would have to agree, fairly strongly. I have lost, to this point, around $15,000. I do not invest money, that I cannot afford to loose, so I am not staying awake at night worrying how I am going to pay my bills. But, I am mad as hell that for whatever reason, the warrants have dropped thru the floor. I have converted everything that I can, but that is not all that I own. I still have over 4,000 warrants that I will not convert at these prices. I am not going to sell them either. American Bingo and Gaming can kiss the money good-bye. Maybe I am shooting myself in the foot, by limiting AB&G's ability to M&A. At this point I am not so sure they will take the 16 M and run. Close up shop and call us all "suckers". I have lost (almost) all faith. I say 'almost', because I did convert what I could. I think there has been some very poor planning on managements side if the post that I read here are correct. We should not be trading where the MM have so much "sleezy" power and influence. I would love to go on and on...but have a job to do.
