Shane, I would worry more about continuing as a going concern than delisting. It takes six month under 1, I think or a net assets value of less than a million, they have (with the right accounting) the assets, so delisting might not be it.

As for Bruce's question on maximum dilution, at 1/2 it will add 110 MM if all the first convert is converted, and I am not sure about that. Yes they cannot issue more than 100 MM shares, but all that is required is that the majority of stockholders agree to increase the number of share. Well guess who is the majority stock holders, the converts of course, so they will authorize increasing the number of shares and then go possibly through a reverse split.
