it wasn't that anyone "WANTED" Iraq to be a failure... it was just patently obvious that it would be... no matter one's best intentions, sending ground troops into different cultures especially radical ones and expecting them to change their culture while you are pointing a gun at then is monumentally stupid... and especially when the whole invasion was based on a pack of lies

as for Ritter you are of course wrong again... " later convicted sex offender"

the charges were dropped... for all we know he was set up by the neocon warmongers
are you wingnuts ever right about ANYTHING?? hell no

hey, here's one of you wingnut bible-thumper heroes

a child molester, arsonist, and attempted murderer..... congrats

Hero Pro-Life Arsonist Guy Apparently Just Wanted To Save Fetuses For Later Use

So let’s say you are super against abortion, so you decide to light a whole bunch of women’s clinics on fire, to save the babies. But, after your prison bit for that (a cool dozen years in the federal pen) you roll out and you put your life together because you saw the error of your ways and turned to nonviolence and the teachings of the Dalai Lama. Oh wait no you do not because you are a horrible person that burns down women’s clinics, so you become even more awful and start sexually assaulting children.

1984 – Beseda was convicted by a federal jury of arson (he set three separate fires) at an Everett Women’s clinic. He also set a fire at a clinic in Bellingham. He served 12 years for those crimes. During the time he was in prison, he was held up by the anti-abortion movement as a martyr. They honored him in abstentia at a national banquet in 1995, reading a letter he wrote from prison to attendees.

Curtis Anton Beseda is still at large. Police are still searching for Beseda, who was caught on tape groping an 11-year-old girl in a Snohomish, WA grocery store in January. He was charged with first-degree child molestation on Friday after at least eight people identified him as the man in a video tape which had been released to the media. There is currently a quarter-million dollar arrest warrant for Beseda, who has been missing since the tape was shown on local television.

>Remember when we discussed how you and Scott Ritter, former Iraq weapons inspector (and later convicted sex offender), WANTED the Iraq war to be a failure?

Maybe YOU said that. But it wasn't the truth.
