Since JMAR is holding its own nicely in the face of a fierce sell off in tech stocks, I would recommend buying some shares here. And in case the market gets super-duper nasty and you can get your hands on JMAR for $3.00, you can buy all you want and still sleep comfortably at nights.

JMaz - Welcome -I'm glad that you've come out of "lurking". We try to be civil to people here -- even if we don't always agree.

As for taking a tax loss in JMAR, I hate to tell anyone what to do, however, from my point of view, I would hate to sell at a loss and then have to buy back at a higher price a month later. I know that some will say that JMAR won't be higher a month later, and of course we don't know, but just one good news release in the next few weeks could send the stock up. There is an investor's conference sometime this week or next in NYC. I'll have to check back notes for the dates (or Tim, do you know?). Something could be announced after or during that -- or at any time. We're also anticipating news of a possible CATS sale, XRL money from DARPA, micromachining orders, Light Knife approval -- what else? Any of these could be announced at any time. So I would advise not selling now, but maybe someone else has a different point to make.
