Just called ABTE, they said that a press release will be made. They stated that they were completely taken by surprise by the ACTC offer and really did not have enough time to react. I still do not understand how ACTC could be so irresponsible as to make an offer, not even let ABTE react, and then pull the offer because ACTC felt it was too expensive. That is really amazing, and again, if I were the SEC I would be looking strongly into ACTC's actions, particularly since it drove ABTE's stock up above 10 at one point. ABTE could also be in on the scheme, hence no decision from them.
