SL, there may be a lot of reasons for an insider to sell.
But we're not talking about a hypothetical company or a
hypothetical CEO. All I can tell you is that thqi's internal
target for thqi is above its all time high (my source on
that is Lin at Wedbush Morgan). If Farrell did not think the
stock was poised to move higher he would have sold more. The
fact is that he's holding onto 90% of his original position.
The point is that an insider may sell in order to lock in gains
even if the stock is poised to move higher. How much are you
down by now and have you put any calls to King of Prussia
Plaza recently to confirm if WCW is sold out?

David, I just confirmed the sales with thqi five minutes ago.
The report on Bloomberg News is accurate. By the way, these
were options that he excercised.

StaggerLee, Right, A C?O should hold the company stock until his/her death!
Just kidding <g>, personally I hate to see insider selling. I saw this happened to AKLM, GTW, COMS, OAKT, BXMNF although this also happened to CPQ, DELL, MSFT. So far the volume involved is insignficant so I wouldn't worry about it. BUT if we see more form 144 then there is really something to think about.

Today intraday chart is good as we can see volume pickup as bid price increased while the down volume is small. This maybe why my greedy BUY order at $18.25 never got filled :o)

Bleeker, a while ago there are some insider buying with SYQT but the rally proved to be short live and irrelevant in the long term.

Good Luck

>> The truth is, there ARE a lot of reasons for an insider to sell, but one of them ISN'T that he believes the stock is going to go up. <<

Stagger,

The truth is that nobody, neither insiders nor rest of the world, KNOWS where and why the stock one BELIEVES must go up will go tomorrow. In other words, if CEO feels the stock is still undervalued after 3-digit %% advance, that does not automatically mean he must feel sure the stock will continue go up. After such nice run I would unload part of my position too. And I did. Just to protect some profits in case of a bunch of shorts trying to prove they are right. :-)

You never know.

Kind regards,
Alex
