My computer is a Dell, so I'll go to their website next. I went to CNET to download drivers for the IDT High Definition Codec, ran them, and got the same result: Cannot start (Code 10).

I think I will get my money back for the AVG tuneup. I think my problems were caused by deleting every file that AVG and Malwarebytes flagged. It was a lot of them, so I probably deleted an important one. Why those two programs would flag them I don't know.

I really do appreciate your help. You've been very persistent. Thanks.
