That is an easy question. No matter how convincing the results the Republican's will distort it to say just the opposite. Just look what they have done to global warming where 97% of scientist's agree.

That is settled science dude, but you would never know it to hear the pubs!

I have to ask here--what are LIberals afraid of when it comes to measuring the results of what would be an increasd spending program fo welfare kids?

If the program is not working we either have to shut it down or improve it, or if it is working we can appropriate more money for it. But no one here yet has said this is a good idea. Where do we just throw money at something and don't get some kind of feedback on it?
