Please, everyone, post as much hearsay as you can. If I want verifiable I'll read the New York Times. The essence of SI is trading opinions & rumors for analysis by the group.

>let's use the mantra of "Verifiable then post"

John: It is verifiable that Red Chip reports they were told by Valence that there are no problems with the commercialization program and that production in the first quarter is still "highly probable."

I am holding and will try to find ways to add to my position. If the fundamentals are still intact, and Valence told Red Chip they are, the market is handing us a very nice opportunity to load up.

John,

Despite what others might say, I think your comments are considerably more constructive than the hype being pushed by others, esp. when its prefaced with "a friend of ___ told me .". I'm still heavily disillusioned with VLNC. A good product and market are not enough, management must prove/convince the stockholders that they are worthy of our investments. Otherwise this stock should be on the BB or pink sheets. If this Lev Dawson person can change VLNC's attitude I might get back in next year. Otherwise I'd be real cautious. The day I got out there was a huge amount of stock sold at $5 23/32 and the price went down afterwards.

Just for fun I called directory assistance in the Cayman Islands and got no listing for Calvin Reed. But then maybe he's subletting from Bre-X.
