I'm buying - but I'm one of those "small" investors.

Call me an idiot (thanks) but I'm into averaging my buys rather than waiting for dips. I'm gonna stick money into the stocks I want when I've got the money available. You never can time a turnaround or a dip. I like Compaq because I think their boxes will continue to sell well into next year and beyond.

If retailers are complaining about Compaq stuffing their inventory, it's just a sign that Compaq is becoming a powerful enough company to do it.
