David / Granger Energy

I am in the process of reviewing the company once again. Sometime next week I will be issuing an extensive report on the company.

In the meantime, Berkley is currently drilling a well on their property where Granger is being carried for a 5% W.I. A successful well will have an impact on the company.

Regarding the Thorhild property in Alberta, I know there is 3 million bbl's of light oil reserve potential with production potential of 150 bbl's/d per well. They have identified 2 drilling locations and have further identified 15 additional prospects. Drilling will occur in the first quarter of 1998. F & D costs are estimated at $5.00/bbl. That's very good based upon costs of today. (Reference my column at Kerm's Korner today for comments on cost subject) Granger has 100% W.I. in these wells at this time.
