The court's decision was very clear,I.E.can NOT be a integrated part
of windows 98--Joel Klein was very specific about that when a reporter
asked him that question at his press conference.For MSFT to then say
it was not is typical MSFT lying.Max

The ruling states that MSFT can't force OEM's to bundle IE with Windows, however, this ruling doesn't go into effect until the final judgement on 5/31/98, and only goes into effect if that ruling goes against MSFT.
